The Siblings Project | October

I am writing this post as I stand in my kitchen, stirring sweetcorn, turning sausages and microwaving my cup of tea for the third time.  I can hear the twins giggling in the other room and the house feels calm.

For a while they fought.  Day.  Night.  Through the night.  They fought.
But lately they have been inseparable.  Harry’s been going out of his way to make Emily laugh & Emily has been a little mother hen to Harry.  They recently started nursery.  Just 2 days a week, to interact with other children, to learn some social skills and so I could give some precious time to Lucy.
It seems that its brought them closer, their bond has become stronger and they are realizing how incredibly lucky they are to have each others support throughout all the milestones they are facing.

Thick as thieves, I hope they stay this way forever.

I love these photos and it is amazing that they are getting on, siblings relationships are so complicated at times it’s hard to keep up with them isn’t it? x

Snap — I LOVE it when mine get on. The fighting is exhausting isn’t it? I wonder if normal sibling fights are AS emotional!!! Twin-fighting is full on. I’m actually dreading having fighting twin teens. I can just about handle this stage!!! 😉 #Siblings
