Autumn is by far my favourite season. Its not too hot and its not too cold and the best food… soup!
We love smoothies and they are the perfect morning drink for those who don’t have a lot of time for breakfast. They are really easy, and a fun little treat.
I love pears and cinnamon has to be one of my all time favourite smells, so we’ve got pear and cinnamon smoothies!
Pear, Cinnamon & Ginger Smoothies:
*4/5 medium pears. Peeled, seeded and sliced.
*1 1/2 cup of skimmed milk or almond milk
*1 tsp of ground cinnamon
*1/2 tsp of ginger (optional)
* 1 cup of oats
Pop all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour, serve & enjoy.
Got a little spare? Pop it in a mould, leave in the freezer for 4-6 hours and you’ve got yourself a little autumnal treat!
